Grand Blanc, MI Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference every day? At CC Rehab, we're seeking dedicated and dependable Home Care Nurses to provide one-on-one care in a supportive and independent home care setting.
