Job Description
At Bay Bluffs- Emmet County Medical Care Facility, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care with compassion and dignity. With a total team approach, we combine dedicated administration with an experienced professional staff to offer a variety of services and programs for our residents, ranging for short term rehabilitation to long term and dementia focused care. We are looking for compassionate, hardworking people to join our team of dedicated caregivers. Our Rehabilitation Unit Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive care for our residents looking to rehab to home and/or rehab to our long term care units. They working closely with our in house Therapy Team and our Skilled Services team to ensure resident goals are met or exceeded. Currently this position has Night shift available with an expected nurse to resident ratio of 1:8 depending on acuity. Benefits Competitive wages
