Join a long-term care team in Hart, MI as a contract LPN for an 8-week assignment starting ASAP. This full-time role (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) supports resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

Competitive compensation:

Travel rate $1,752/40 hrs; Local rate $1,684/40 hrs.

Requirements:

Active LPN license for practice in Hart, MI Minimum 1 year of long-term care or similar experience preferred Current BLS certification Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Key responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision Administer medications and basic treatments per care plans Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal hygiene Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition promptly Maintain accurate nursing records of interventions and outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver resident-focused care Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
