What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and nursing best practices Monitor resident health and behavioral changes Develop, update, and reassess individualized care plans Supervise and support Resident Assistants / Quality of Life Specialists Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Communicate daily updates to the Director of Health Services Shift Options 1st
