Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes across diverse settings giving parents much needed respite time. In this role, you will provide care to pediatric and young adults in the home setting. We are in need of nurses for night shifts in the Howard City, White Cloud/Croton area, and Grand Rapids. Benefits available with full time status only. Responsibilities Administer medications and other treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines. Including but not limited to trach care, tube feeding administration and other misc. duties in the home. Monitor patients' conditions closely, recognizing signs of acute pain, infectious disease symptoms, or deterioration requiring immediate intervention. Document all patient interactions accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements Valid licensure as an LPN or RN in the relevant state; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are required. Prior experience in home health care a plus , but will train. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders; Trach, tube feedings and Vent experience a plus. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, tube feeding management, ventilator support, and infection control practices. Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient-centered care across diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
