Job Description

Full Time LPN Night Shift At Enlightened Recovery, we provide exceptional medical and clinical services. We are seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift. The LPN duties generally include providing routine care, observing, medicating, performing withdrawal assessments (COWS, CIWA-A), as needed. Principal Duties include, but not limited to: Interacts routinely with patients, observes behaviors, and communicates significant observations to the multidisciplinary team as necessary. Assists RN in facilitation of admissions and discharge planning. Collects and records patient's vital signs, and documents in the electronic medical record in a comprehensive accurate and systematic manner. Assists RN in triage of screening patients. Job Requirement Education Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Vocational training could be substituted for a degree. Experience A minimum of 1 years' experience at a substance abuse program or equivalent A minimum of 2 years in recovery, if applicable Licensure/Certification Current and in Good Standing State Licensed Practical Nurse Maintains current CPR certification (provided by employer) Knowledge and Training Required at Time of Hire Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws. Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies. Knowledge of Workplace Anti-Harassment/ Violence Policies.
