  • Kalamazoo, MI We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a leading national provider of home medical equipment and respiratory services.
This field-based role combines hands-on equipment set-up, patient education, and clinical support. You'll work directly with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, facilities, and office settings to ensure safe and effective use of respiratory equipment.
Compensation & Incentives:
Base pay starting at $30
  • 36 per hour, based on experience Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location Quarterly performance bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement for field travel Company-provided cell phone Schedule for Respiratory Clinician (RT/LPN): Monday through Friday, 8:30 am

Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes. Required Qualifications for Respiratory Clinician (RT/LPN): Active, unrestricted Michigan licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT/RCP) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
