RN/LPN Responsibilities:
Client Care:
Follow physician orders and address client needs with precision and compassion.
Effective Communication:
Regularly update the Clinical Manager and office on client conditions, issues, or additional needs. Coordination with
Physicians:
Liaise with physicians' offices and supply vendors to ensure clients receive necessary medical supplies.
Clinical Record Maintenance:
Keep accurate and compliant clinical records in line with local, state, and federal regulations
RN/LPN Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or
GED Licensure:
Active & unrestricted LPN or RN License in the state of
Michigan Certification:
Valid CPR certification
Autonomy:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Empathy:
Strong compassion and understanding of client needs
Communication Skills:
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
Professionalism:
Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and maintain a positive public image
Confidentiality:
Uphold client confidentiality and ensure the security of medical information
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with varying assistance based on client mobility.
