LPN for Home Care University Home Care Inc - 2.0 Livonia, MI Job Details Full-time $50 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications LPN Full Job Description University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality home care services to clients in the Southeast MI Region. Must be willing to travel. As an LPN for Home Care, you will play a critical role in supporting patients' health and well-being by delivering personalized nursing care in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to clients in their homes according to care plans and physician orders. Monitor and record patients' health status and report changes to healthcare providers. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with activities of daily living and educate patients and their families on health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Requirements Valid and current LPN license in the state of Michigan. Previous experience in home care or related clinical setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
