- 10:30p, occasional day relief Rotating weekends and holidays
PTO Weekly Pay Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
Thorough health assessments of inmates. Meticulous monitoring of health status changes, medication administration, and documentation. Swift response to medical emergencies until higher-level personnel arrive. Health education delivery to inmates to promote preventative care and healthy lifestyles. Collaboration with healthcare professionals for coordinated care. Documentation of all interactions and interventions up-to-date in medical records (EMR) systems. Adherence to security protocols ensuring safety in healthcare delivery.
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
Completion of a state-approved LPN program. Possession of state licensure as an LPN. Skilled in addressing diverse patient needs. Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information. Adaptable to changing organizational needs. BLS/CPR certified.
