Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works evening shift at a 140‑bed skilled nursing and long‑term care facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. The role delivers medication, monitoring, and resident‑centered care to support the facility's mission of exceptional resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Michigan Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care
