Interim LPN

Long-term Care - Licensed Nurse (LPN) LeaderStat is currently seeking Michigan Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a 30-day contract, with the option to extend, if preferred. Multiple shifts and schedules available! When you join the LeaderStat team, you'll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment. Job Duties Taking and monitoring vital signs Maintaining accurate patient records Communicating changes in resident behavior to nurses, physicians, and family members Administering medications Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Providing companionship and comfort to all residents Preparing residents for transfer or discharge Qualifications At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license Possess empathy and passion for serving others Prior dementia training preferred Current license in Michigan or in an eligible Nurse Compact State Up-to-date certifications/compliance Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) Two-step TB test Physical exam within the last 12 months Benefits W2 Employee Status Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Licensure Reimbursement Referral Bonuses Dedicated Support Team Referral Bonuses If you have a friend or family member who would be interested in joining LeaderStat, you could earn some cash!
