Job Description
Golden Heart Home Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to join our team for a skilled private duty case in Midland MI. Hours are 12-4p Tuesday-Friday. The nurse will be responsible for: Ventilator care/monitoring Total patient care assistant skilled nursing assessments medication administration ADL support and personal care Documentation per care plan Ideal candidate must have: Active Michigan LPN license Ventilator/trach experience preferred Compassionate bedside manner Reliable transportation Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Be willing to obtain professional liuability insurance Join a supportive team where your nursing skills truly make a difference in one-on-one patient care.
