Job Description

Part-Time RN/LPN - One-on-One Client Care in the Home Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a part-time basis. If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide personalized, client-centered care while building meaningful relationships with those you serve, we would love to hear from you. At Comfort Keepers, we believe every client deserves quality care that allows them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home. Unlike facility-based nursing, this position allows you to focus on one client at a time, providing individualized care and attention in a supportive home environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct nursing assessments and monitor client health status Provide skilled nursing services according to the client's plan of care Perform wound care and dressing changes (wound care experience is a plus) Administer medications and treatments as ordered Educate clients and family members regarding health conditions and care needs Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the care team Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage client needs effectively Home care experience preferred but not required Wound care experience is highly valued Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
