  • 7:00 PM FT, PT, and PRN positions available — we'll find the right fit for you What Makes Sanford Different An all-in-one behavioral healthcare campus with multiple levels of care under one roof A genuinely supportive environment where staff wellbeing is taken seriously Real opportunity to grow your career within a growing organization A multidisciplinary team model where every voice — including yours — matters What You'll Do You'll be an essential part of each patient's treatment experience, providing around-the-clock nursing care to individuals receiving treatment for: Substance use disorders (including detox and withdrawal management) Eating disorders Mental health diagnoses Day-to-day responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and monitoring medical stability throughout the shift Administering medications, including narcotics, using sound clinical judgment Utilizing standardized tools including CIWA, COWS, and RASS scales Communicating client concerns and changes in condition to providers Documenting thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Supporting clients through de-escalation and therapeutic engagement Performing blood draws, urinalysis collection, and vital signs as ordered Completing admission and discharge paperwork Participating in treatment team meetings and monthly nursing meetings Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in Michigan (required) Current CPR/BLS Certification (required) Prior experience in substance use disorder or eating disorder treatment (preferred) >span class="NormalTextRun
