Shift Shifts:

8 hour Shifts What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and perform treatments Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition Complete documentation and ensure regulatory compliance What You Bring Active RN or LPN license (Michigan) Long-term care experience preferred (not required) Ability to work as part of a team—not carry the whole shift alone Reliable, professional, and resident-focused mindset

Sign-On Bonus Details RN:

Up to $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time)

LPN:
