Benefits Category:

Schedule:
Full-Time. Requires some direct care. Weekends and holidays as needed. Participates in "On-Call" responsibilities. What you will bring to our team: The right person for this position will be a currently licensed LPN and possess a participatory leadership style and ability to work in multiple services with minimal supervision. They will enjoy problem solving and have a passion for ensuring quality services. They must have the ability to acquire an understanding of all applicable Department of Human Services and/or Department of Health rules and regulations and company policies. Current LPN license Knowledge in the field of comprehensive homecare, day services, and 245D non-residential services. 1 year of experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities or related conditions Valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Must not be disqualified by criminal background studies. Meet the physical requirements as outlined in the physical assessment. Possess good oral and written communication skills and organizational skills. Able to read and write in English. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Browsers To implement and coordinate support services to the highest degree in order that persons served might be interdependent members and active participants within the community. To focus efforts on the role of consulting and mediating to facilitate realization of dreams and aspirations. To work direct care as scheduled by the CSS. To assist with developing assessments, outcomes, progress and health reports and professional communication with support team members. To assist the CSS in the implementation of EON, Inc.'s organizational goals and philosophies so that those goals and philosophies are consistently carried out. To assist in the orientation and supervision of new staff. To assist each person served with finances as assigned in the
CSSP/CSSPA.
To oversee site management. To oversee medical appointments, treatments, etc. of the person served. To assist CSS/LPN with medical paperwork, appointments, ordering supplies, and filing the MAR.
