Job Requirements Education Requirements:
Valid LPN or RN license in the state of
Minnesota Certifications Requirements:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, CPR certification, and appropriate state-specific licenses
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Skilled Nursing or long-term care setting
Other Requirements:
Ability to pass a full background check, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work a mixture of day, evening, and night shifts; physically able to perform caregiving tasks
