Are you a compassionate and confident nursing professional who thrives in a leadership role? What You'll Do:
Client Care & Medical Oversight Meet with new admissions within 24 hours to assess medical needs Respond to client medical and medication-related concerns Coordinate appointments and communicate with providers and pharmacies Team Leadership Provide hands-on coverage when needed (as backup support) Facilitate staff development Medication Management Verify and review all medication orders Train and monitor staff on safe medication practices Complete monthly MAR reviews Training & Development Lead onboarding for new Recovery Tech staff Host monthly in-service trainings Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a strong, unified approach Additional Responsibilities Attend required meetings and trainings Be available on-call to respond to urgent issues Support operational needs through other assigned duties ✅
What You Bring:
Active LPN license (required) Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or recovery settings preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A commitment to compassionate, client-centered care Ready to Apply?
