QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
• Observes monitors, communicates, and documents the resident's condition according to policy
• Administers medications and treatments to residents accurately and in accordance with physician orders
• Receives physician orders and processes these orders per policy; assures that orders are implemented
• Assume responsibility for the Nursing Standards of Practice
• Demonstrates ability to organize work load, set priorities and time management
• Demonstrates knowledge and compliance with

HIPAA Regulations/Policy Pay:

$32.86 - $36.16 per hour
