Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13‑week assignment in or near Hendricks, Minnesota. This role provides bedside care in a long‑term care setting, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bedside care and administer medications to residents in accordance with state and facility regulations. Assess residents' health conditions and report significant changes to the supervising healthcare team. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and observations in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to promote a safe environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota CPR certification IV certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long‑term care or similar settings Ability to work evening shifts Strong communication skills Basic computer proficiency Adaptability Attention to detail
