Travel Description LTC/SNF Facility in Minnesota is in need of a LPN traveler. LPN must have 2 years experience in working LTC/SNF facilities, AHA BLS, Pointclickcare, charge experience, MN or compact LPN license. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of employment with current CPR/BLS certification. Proven experience in long-term care facilities or skilled nursing environments; prior hospital or ICU experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for accurate documentation. Knowledge of

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding for medical records documentation purposes. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges preferred. Ability to perform advanced nursing procedures including IV insertion, venipuncture, phlebotomy, and sterile dressing changes. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology relevant to acute and chronic conditions. Excellent communication skills to effectively triage patient needs and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
