The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various settings, including long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, and home health environments. This role involves delivering patient-centered care, assisting with medical procedures, and supporting the overall health and well-being of diverse patient populations. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medication administration. Assist with medical procedures such as IV infusions, catheterizations, wound care, and sterile techniques.
