You'll play a key role in making sure every patient feels heard, supported, and guided through their care journey.

Your day may include:

Supporting triage calls, voicemails, and patient follow-ups Coordinating care (labs, referrals, imaging orders) Assisting providers and care teams with patient needs Rooming patients and providing clinical support as needed Training and supporting other triage team members Helping maintain smooth clinic operations and supply management What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Warm, compassionate, and patient-focused Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting A strong communicator who works well with both patients and teams Proactive and solution-oriented

Qualifications:

Graduate of an RN, LPN, CMA, or RMA program Active Minnesota license (RN/LPN/CMA/RMA) Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred What You Bring to the Team A genuine passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and cared for Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care Work Environment You'll work in a clean, modern clinical setting alongside a team that truly supports one another.
