Job Description

The organization is seeking a qualified LPN or RN for an 8‑week skilled nursing home contract in or near Milbank, Minnesota. The role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, adhering to all state and federal regulations. Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately within the EMR system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care strategies. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote resident safety and comfort. Assist with patient activities and provide emotional support to residents during shifts.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN or RN license in Minnesota. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications, plus any required state licenses. Minimum 1 year of recent experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care. Ability to pass a full background check and possess strong communication skills. Flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts; physically able to perform caregiving tasks.
