1 Description American Traveler is hiring a LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification. Details Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 71 beds Patient population includes general long-term care residents and a rehab wing Patient ratios vary: 3 or 2 patients with TMA on days, 2 patients on nights 12-hour day shifts Every third weekend and every third holiday required Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR Requirements Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must be active and non-pending at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required — no exceptions Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted) LTC/SNF experience required PCC (Point Click Care) EMR experience preferred Driver's license required for consideration 2 professional references required for consideration: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate Additional Information Orientation consists of one shift alongside another nurse Every third weekend and holiday coverage is required Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are accepted at a local rate
