Requirements:

Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state. Experience in outpatient or clinic nursing preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. BLS required; additional certifications based on specialty preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient assessments, vitals, and clinical documentation. Administer medications, injections, and treatments under RN or physician supervision. Support providers during exams, procedures, and patient education. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinic protocols. Promote a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment.
