• Required Qualifications
• + Provide holistic,evidenced-based care inclusive ofaccurateassessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.

This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI)Preventionand safer sex practices. + Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. + Minimum ofone-yearrelated work experience in a healthcare setting + Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record + Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR andoperatingan Automated External Defibrillator (AED). + Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocolisrequired.

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced,mustsuccessfully complete internal phlebotomy training. + Previousexperience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
• Licensure/Certifications
• + Full,activeand unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurseor Registered Nursein a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
• Education
• + Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing,orRegistered Nursing, approvedby the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC))at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
• Pay Range
• The typical pay range for this role is: $24.

64 - $53.53 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
