We provide care to adults with any terminal illness at no cost to families at our beautifully remodeled campus in Saint Paul. Our dedicated care teams work closely with patients and their families to develop an individualized care plan that suits their needs. Our facility is in a safe neighborhood and offers free parking. Mid-Day Nurse (RN or LPN)
FTE:
0.7 (56 hours per two-week pay period)
Schedule:
11:00AM - 7:30PM (includes every other weekend; block schedule)
Compensation:
$30-42 per hour

Director of Clinical Services- Residential Hospice Job Responsibilities Include:
Clinical Care:
Provide professional nursing care by utilizing elements of the nursing process; assess and evaluate patient status on an ongoing basis.
Patient & Family Support:
Support patients and families through consistent evaluation, emotional support, and clear communication regarding the plan of care.
Treatment & Medication:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with high attention to detail and safety.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure holistic patient needs are met.
Operational Resource & Support:
Serve as a versatile resource for the facility to ensure smooth clinical operations. This may include, but is not limited to: Assisting with the application review process for prospective admissions. Providing clinical support to Admissions and Case Managers. Assisting with staffing coverage and filling in on the floor as needed. Maintaining facility readiness by stocking floors and managing clinical supplies.
Communication:
Maintain proactive and transparent communication with patients, families, and staff regarding any changes in the patient's condition or care plan.
Qualifications:
Current unencumbered Minnesota RN or LPN License 1+ year of experience in hospice or related field Strong observation, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced residential environment.
