Location:

Warren, MN North Star Manor , a long-term care facility in Warren, MN, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. This position focuses on providing consistent, high-quality care to long-term residents while working closely with CNAs, medication aides, and the nursing team.

Pay:

$30.00 - $36.50 per hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

+$2.00/hour for shifts between 4:00 PM - 6:00 AM Sign-On Bonus Available New Graduates Welcome Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality resident care in accordance with established policies and professional standards Administer medications and treatments while monitoring and reporting changes in condition Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care teams regarding care updates Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including: Care plans Daily charting Medication administration records Lab results and other required forms Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Assistants (CMAs) Assign CNA duties based on resident needs, acuity, and care requirements Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Minnesota Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire) Benefits Employee health insurance covered by employer Employer-funded Health Savings Account Dental and vision insurance Paid time off and 7 paid holidays Retirement through MN PERA Life insurance Tuition assistance and scholarships Employee Assistance Program Referral bonuses Questions?
