HOSPICE LPN 12 hour nights

Part of a team that cares for hospice patients. This is a full time night position working 12 hour shifts. Nurse will do record reviews, handle calls from patients, facilities and family members on symptom management. Nurse will go and check on patients who have emergent issues and do bedside vigil to patients actively passing so as to control their symptoms and assure comfort for patient and family. Shirkey Hospice's purpose and mission is to assist terminal patients transition from this life to the next life with comfort and compassion for the patients as well as their families. If you have great assessment and clinical skills with compassion for those who are passing then this is the job for you. You will be stationed at our Carrollton office.
