Psychiatric Crisis Nurse (LPN or RN) - Saturday Shifts Columbia, MO Part-Time | Flexible Saturday Schedule Looking for flexible, low-burnout nursing work? Join our Behavioral Crisis Center —a 24/7 rapid-access alternative to the Emergency Department for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This is a unique nursing role focused on assessment and clinical decision-making , not heavy physical care. Ideal for nurses seeking additional income, flexibility, or a break from hospital-based care .

Pay & Premium Shift Earnings Base Pay:

LPN:

$22.15 - $25.63 per hour

RN:

$27.04 - $33.05 per hour

PLUS Shift Differentials:

Saturday Day Shift (7a-7p): +$2.50/hour Saturday Overnight Shift (7p-7a): +$5.00/hour Overnight shifts include both weekend and overnight differentials combined

What You Can Earn Per Shift:

RN Overnight (12 hours): up to ~$450+ per shift LPN Overnight (12 hours): up to ~$365+ per shift ✅ Perfect for nurses looking to earn consistent extra income with minimal schedule commitment Schedule Flexibility Choose the option that works best for you: Every other Saturday OR every Saturday for higher earning potential
