We are actively hiring reliable LPNs and RNs to work with local adult clients throughout Crystal City, Arnold, Festus, De Soto, Hillsboro, and Pevely. We will empower you through comprehensive, hands-on training to safely use all equipment and implement every procedure specific to a client.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home. Responsible for identification of client medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plan. Provide daily reports concerning client conditions, care, and needs for nursing supplies. Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies. Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services for clients and assist in the coordination of nursing care in the home environment.

Qualifications:

Current nursing license valid in
