We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Infection Control Wound Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team at Fulton Manor Care Center in Fulton, MO. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care and infection control services to our residents. Responsibilities:

Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote wound healing and prevent infection Implement and monitor wound care protocols, including debridement, dressing changes, and compression therapy Identify and report potential infection control risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide education and training to staff on wound care and infection control best practices Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Missouri Minimum 0 years of experience in wound care and infection control Strong understanding of wound care and infection control principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Choose Fulton Manor Care Center?
