• Job Summary
• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Carmel Hills, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients on our day shift.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering patient-centered care
• : Assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing effective interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Medication administration
• : Safely administering medications as ordered by physicians and monitoring patient responses.
• Wound care and treatment
• : Providing specialized wound care and treatment to patients with varying wound types and severity.
• Venous access
• : Establishing and maintaining venous access devices, such as IV lines and ports.
• Documentation and communication
• : Accurately documenting patient care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Collaboration and team building
• : Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered goals and supporting a positive and respectful work environment.
• Requirements
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
