Clinic LPN

Our well-established, membership-based (insurance free) primary care clinic that offers a positive and comfortable work environment is looking to add a highly motivated and caring LPN. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, be able to make critical decisions about patient care, work efficiently to support the team, have a high level of attention to detail, and work with passion for quality patient care. They will perform administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a board certified physician. Administrative duties can include but are not limited to scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, ordering supplies and keeping inventory, taking phone calls and returning messages. Clinical duties will include providing direct care to patients; these duties will vary widely, but some examples are administering medications or treatments, changing wound dressings, taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, discussing medical treatment and therapies with patients via phone or email, preparing patients for examination and assisting with procedures, phlebotomy draws and lab processing, and ensuring that facilities are clean by ways of sanitizing and maintaining equipment. Clinic hours are M-F 8:30-4. No nights or weekends. Paid sick/vacation time as well as major holidays. Membership at the clinic covering primary care is included for employee and immediate family; after 90 days of employment in good standing, full health benefits with a health sharing plan for employee is included as well (health benefit offered prior to that time at employee's expense). Retirement plan with matching available after 6 months of employment. Qualifications and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively Highly proficient computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration LPN BLS or must obtain within the first 90 days of hire
