Night Shift position available. Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments by monitoring vital signs, evaluating physiology, and recognizing changes in patient conditions to ensure timely interventions. Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Insert IV lines and perform venipuncture procedures with precision to facilitate treatment plans and diagnostic testing. Document all medical activities thoroughly using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems to ensure accurate medical records management. Support infection control protocols, including infectious disease care procedures, to promote a safe environment for patients and staff. Requirements Valid RN or LPN license with current state certification required; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are essential. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and medical records management. Ability to perform IV insertions, venipuncture, medication administration, and injection procedures confidently and safely. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of all patient information at all times.
