We're looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join a residential care team in Saline County (Marshall), Missouri, providing hands-on nursing and support for individuals with complex medical needs. This role is contract-based (about 6 months, with possible extension) and includes rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM and 6:00 PM-6:00 AM), covering nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight care.

Pay:
$38-$41/hr. Why this role? Work in a home/residential setting where your clinical skills and compassionate care directly improve patients' daily lives. Care for medically complex individuals who often need respiratory and specialized medical support. Key responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care in a residential environment and assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing). Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition; keep accurate nursing records. Provide respiratory care as needed (tracheostomy care, suctioning, humidification, nebulizer treatments). Perform g-tube and suprapubic catheter care, blood glucose checks, and other skilled procedures. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols. Support infection control, patient safety, and emergency response procedures. Communicate observations and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain professional conduct and comply with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements Graduate of an approved LPN program. Active Missouri LPN license or a Compact State license eligible to practice in Missouri. Current CPR certification. Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred; experience in home health, direct care, long-term care, or high-acuity settings is a plus.
Preferred clinical skills:
tracheostomy care, suctioning, g-tube and catheter care, respiratory support. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation. Willingness to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must pass background screening and fingerprinting.
