Licensed Practical Nurse Get out of the hospital or nursing home environment and help our people in their own home setting. LPN Job Responsibilities:

Assists and works at the direction of a registered nurse Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs. Ensures the medical needs of our individuals are met Manages and verifies the companies compliance for state and federal licensing Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition. Directs, delegates or provides care for patients to our direct support staff. Observes patients' health. Reviews medical charts. Communicates with patients. Prepares specimens for lab courier. Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas. Assists with patient comfort. Monitors catheters. Benefits and wages are negotiable based on experiences and work hours LPN Qualifications /

Leadership Education and Experience Requirements:
