Job Description

The Dermatology Center is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of skin conditions. Our team of dermatology professionals works collaboratively to provide comprehensive and personalized treatment plans. We foster a supportive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Position Summary The Dermatology Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team. This full-time role supports dermatology providers in delivering efficient, high-quality care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Assist dermatologists during patient examinations and procedures Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed Obtain and document patient vitals, medical history, and chief complaints Perform wound care, bandaging, and dressing changes Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations Support scheduling, patient flow, and overall clinic efficiency Accurately scribe for providers during patient visits Qualifications Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Missouri or active CMA certificate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems) BLS Certification preferred Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays
