Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
  • Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and treatments.
  • Monitor and assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
Experience:
  • Valid nursing license (RN / LPN).
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
