Job Description

Assignment Highlights 6-Month Contract Assignment Extension Opportunity Available (Up to 5 Years Possible) 12-Hour Shifts Available 48 Guaranteed Hour Day & Night Shifts Weekend & Holiday Coverage Required Overtime Opportunities Available Competitive Local & Travel Pay Packages Strong Resume-Building Opportunity Pay Rate $30 - $40 per hour (Based on experience & assignment package)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician supervision Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and document changes Assist with assessments and care planning Support daily patient care needs and ensure safety compliance Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
Active LPN license (required) Prior clinical, long-term care, or home health experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays Background check and compliance clearance required Location Slater, Missouri How to Apply Interested LPN candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
