Job Description
Find your calling at Mercy! Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
Position Details:
Additional Job Description Nurses work 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with rotational weekends.Incentives:
- New Grad $2,000 Sign On Bonus for nightshift only
- 1-2 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $5,000 for nightshift only
- 3-4 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $7,000 for nightshift only
- 5+ years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $10,000 for nightshift only
- Education Assistance o Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year o $30k in initial RN degree assistance
- $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
- Weekend Differential
- Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
