Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RN (Registered Nurse) and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) professionals to join our healthcare team. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care across diverse settings, including long-term care, assisted living, acute care, and specialized units. The ideal candidates will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through comprehensive nursing practices. All positions are paid roles, emphasizing the importance of valuing our healthcare providers' expertise and dedication. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols. Manage complex patient needs such as dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and pain management for acute or chronic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Conduct diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection/processing, and assist with medical imaging procedures when necessary. Provide emergency response and airway management in urgent or trauma situations, including Level I Trauma Center or Level II Trauma Center environments. Educate patients and their families on health coaching, discharge planning, medication administration, and post-acute care strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards such as NCQA standards and infection control protocols. Support patients with diverse needs including pediatric (pediatrics), neonatal ventilator management, working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges, and senior populations requiring specialized geriatric or memory care. Skills Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks for efficient documentation and patient tracking. Extensive critical care experience including ICU (Intensive Care Unit), emergency medicine, hospital medicine, or surgical units like OR experience. Knowledge of
ICD-9/ICD-10
coding for accurate medical records and billing processes. Skilled in advanced nursing procedures such as catheterization, suturing, venipuncture (phlebotomy), tube feeding, sterile processing techniques, and spinal tap procedures. Expertise in managing infectious diseases, ventilator use, dialysis support, and wound care including dermal fillers or botulinum toxin treatments when applicable. Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations effectively. Ability to work in fast-paced environments such as emergency rooms or urgent care clinics while maintaining attention to detail in medical documentation and medication administration. Excellent communication skills for working with children (including Toddler Care), elderly populations requiring geriatrics or dementia care, and individuals with disabilities across home & community settings or outpatient clinics.
