Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in University City, Missouri. As an LPN 7A-7P, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, and center policies and procedures. Role:
As an LPN 7A-7P, your responsibilities will include: Demonstrating knowledge and appropriate use of the Company Infection Control Manual Participating in and assisting with the implementation of the Quality Improvement Program Utilizing the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs Notifying other departments of patient changes, such as room changes, leave of absence, new admits, and discharges Conducting family and patient education Administering medications timely and according to facility policy
Requirements:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state One year of prior nursing management experience preferred
