Licensed Practical Nurse

•$10,000 sign on bonus

PAID QUARTERLY OVER 2 YEARS

•Looking for an experienced LPN or RN. Pay starts at $30/hour and increase based on experience/degree. Review and analyze medical records to ensure accurate and complete documentation Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information for proper coding and billing Conduct assessments of patient's medical conditions and develop care plans Coordinate and facilitate communication between healthcare team members, patients, and families Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and guidelines Perform utilization management activities to optimize patient care and resource allocation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment plans ```Requirements``` Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of patient care practices and documentation review processes Familiarity with primary care, Medicare regulations, and coding systems (ICD-9) Experience in pediatrics or nursing home settings is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation purposes On call rotation
