Responsibilities:

Administer ordered medications and collect vital signs Evaluation of elders' current health status, communication with supervisors and NP for noted changes in an elder Observe and document elders' progression with treatments, behaviors, changes in status Communication and education for elders and families about diseases, preventative treatment, medications, and plan of care Provide leadership and supervision of
