Assessment Nurse (RN/LPN)

Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and organized Assessment Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our growing non-medical home care team serving clients in Hattiesburg and Biloxi, Mississippi. This role focuses on conducting in-home client assessments, developing care plans, supervising caregiver services, and ensuring quality care for seniors and adults needing assistance at home.
