Open Position:

All 8-Hour Shifts What You'll Be Doing As an LPN at Memorial Driftwood, you'll play a vital role in the health and happiness of our residents. You'll work closely with our RN Supervisors and CNAs to: Deliver compassionate nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Supervise and guide CNAs to ensure high-quality care. Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions. Communicate clearly with families, residents, and healthcare professionals. Document care with precision and professionalism. Take charge of shift transitions and ensure medication carts and stations are prepped and stocked. Who You Are A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the Mississippi Board of Nursing Passionate about elder care and building relationships with residents Organized, confident, and ready to lead CNA teams Calm under pressure and attentive to every detail You Bring Strong clinical judgment and communication skills A caring heart and a sharp mind Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift, stand, and move frequently throughout your shift Ready to Join Our Team?
