Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
At Home Personal Care, LLC Schedule:
Weekday and Possible weekends | + PRN Availability At Home Personal Care is seeking an experienced, professional, dependable, and organized LPN to join our team in a leadership role. This position is ideal for a nurse with management experience who is self-driven, accountable, and passionate about providing quality care in a structured, home-like assisted living environment.
Position Requirements:
Current Mississippi LPN license in good standing Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Excellent attendance and reliability is
REQUIRED
Strong time management and organizational skills Must understand that scheduled shifts are a commitment to resident care and daily operations Reliable transportation is
REQUIRED
Reliable childcare/daycare arrangements are
REQUIRED
Ability to work independently without constant supervision or micromanagement Must be disciplined, professional, and able to lead by example Strong paperwork, filing, and documentation skills Positive attitude with the ability to communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and management Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Must be able to take scheduled lunches appropriately and work scheduled shifts as contracted or agreed upon PRN flexibility is a plus when needed for coverage or emergencies
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising direct care staff and assisting with clinical oversight Medication management and documentation Maintaining organized resident charts, binders, schedules, and compliance paperwork Assisting administration with daily operations and survey readiness Monitoring resident care needs and communicating concerns appropriately Ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are followed consistently

Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
